Hello everyone!
Well shucks, looks like you guys wanted that booster pack as much as I did, because we have officially hit the stretch goal to make it!!

This means that every single backer who backed for a physical item will also receive a booster pack of cards EXCLUSIVE to the kickstarter! We've decided to go a little silly with these, and make them based off of pop culture references and memes. (For example, the Backhander: A flail with a giant hand at the end, perfect for keeping your wife's name out yo enemy's mouth)

In addition to this good news, I'm also here to tell you about a livestream event happening TOMORROW, 5/4 (may the fourth be with you) over on our Twitch channel! I'll be hosting a livestream drawing with our two other artists, Dianne and Vesna, to work on some artwork for the deck live! The stream will start at 1pm MST and will go for a couple hours.  And hey, if we happen to get a Star Wars drawing or two in, all the better ;)

500 Backers!

Hello and good morning to all 500 of you! 

I'm so humbled to see that 500 people believe in our project and support this venture. When we planned this, we expected that a few folks would enjoy it, but it's so awesome to see just how far this is going. 

Not only did we just hit 500 backers, we hit our 3rd stretch goal, adding an ADDITIONAL 10 cards! Each deck will now be a full 52 deck of cards. At this pace, I think we should have no problem hitting the next stretch goal, to get an additional exclusive booster pack for all our backers! You can help by spreading the word, so we can have the funds to get that booster printed for you guys. 

To celebrate, I wanted to show off some of the latest cards that have finished illustrations, so here's a peek for you!

I'll post another update when we hit that next stretch goal, so you should hopefully be hearing from me again soon!

Add-ons!

Good day, adventurers!!

We have just under 2 weeks left to go on the campaign, and we are already approaching the next expansion stretch goal! I'm still over the moon to see just how many people support our project.
I wanted to post this update now to talk about add-ons!

Several of you fine folks have already included some of our add-on options in your pledge! This includes the sticker sheet, the mug, and the wooden deck box.

Here's a little more info on each!

Kickstarter Exclusive Mug:
We've been making mugs for the last few years, and our customers have come to know us as mug guys, so of course we had to have one as an option. This 15oz ceramic mug is dishwasher and microwave safe, and features the friendly fireball and the text "Let's get fired up!". You'll also be able to choose whether you'd like an orange or black mug handle! 

Wooden Deck Box:
We've got a laser cutter that needs to be put to good use, and what better way to do so than by making deck boxes to hold your cards? Each deck is cut and assembled right here in our home workshop, and is engraved with the deck logo. We will have a couple options for you to choose from as far as what you'd like the wood stain, and back engraving to be! 

Sticker Sheet:
Stickers are always fun, and these stickers will feature items from the deck, so it's a win-win! The images shown are a mockup, and we will actually hold a final vote to determine exactly which items will be included on the sheet. 

So there you have it!
If you haven't already included an add-on and would like to, you'll be able to do so up until the campaign ends, and then again when backerkit surveys go out.

I'm anticipating we should hit that next stretch goal here within the week, so I'll be sure to update you guys when that happens!

NEW stretch goal!

Hi everyone!!
I'm super excited to say we should be hitting 15k anytime now, which means our SECOND stretch goal will unlock!!

Now, I wanted to thank all of you who filled out the survey sent in the last update. If you haven't yet, you can do so here:

Because of your feedback, we took a look at our stretch goals and have made an adjustment to those levels.

Now, rather than 1 metal card, our $25,000 stretch goal will be a 10 card Kickstarter exclusive booster pack! These exclusive cards will be based on pop culture and meme parodies, and will ONLY be available during the campaign. Every PHYSICAL pledge will receive the booster. (Please note that due to the smaller quantity, those will have a varnish coating, rather than laminate.)

Now the next step is getting to 25k so we can add that booster! While we have been diligently working on our own marketing, we need your help!

If you haven't already, sharing the campaign can be a great way to get new backers and help us hit that goal. We've been truly humbled at the reception our project has gotten, and we want to make sure we can give you guys a deck that you love, and the booster makes it just that much more special.

You'll notice the new stretch goal list is now showing on the campaign page, as well as a new image featuring more of the cards we've finished since the campaign started! (That's posting tonight, so it may not be showing for you yet but it'll be there by morning!)

Stretch goal #1 UNLOCKED!

Well, what a fabulous Monday it is, as we've just surpassed $10k, and unlocked our FIRST STRETCH GOAL!

This means we will be adding 10 additional item cards to the deck!!
